Taking pictures is fast becoming my favourite thing to do. I accidentally stumbled upon Lomography a while back and it opened a whole new world of Analog photography for me. As a child I was always fascinated with my dad's camera. I was occasionally allowed to play with it. But I never really had any of my own. Of course now I have many beautiful cameras both old and new, film and digital including my dad's old Yashica Rangefinder that my mom send across a while back.
For me the love affair with cameras and taking photos goes beyond wanting to be a photographer. I just want to be that 8 year old again and happily snap away whatever takes my fancy.
Here are a few random pictures that I've taken lately...
This one was taken with a Lomo L-CA+ camera in Brighton as part of a two day photography course I did with garage studios and the very talented photographer Lomokev. What I like about the picture is the total spontaneity of the girl jumping in my picture frame.

I'm a sucker for anything to do with vintage transport. Portobello Market, London circa 2008. Camera used here is digital - Canon 450D.
Black & White is one of the most beautiful and toughest forms of photography for me. I'm using a b&w medium format 120 film here. Camera used is Holga. Bricklane, London.
You can see more pictures taken by me here.
